HOW DO I JOIN THE VIP CLUB?
All real money players start out at Bronze. Your VIP level is not determined from just 1 month of play, nor is it decided from 2 months of play: we take a look at your past 3 months of play, and award your VIP level according to the Gold Coins you have accumulated, So if your balance goes down for one month you don’t need to worry about it!

HOW IS MY VIP LEVEL CALCULATED?
We value all our players, which is why we have improved the formula used in calculating your VIP level. This change gives everyone higher chances of getting upgraded each month. We would now consider 100% of your last month of activity and still add percentages from the 2 months before that. This way, you'll be rewarded more for your activity in DafaPoker for the past 3 months.

*The average is taken over 3 months of your previous play; we take 100% of the Gold coins you have accumulated in your last month, 30% in the month before that and 20% in the month before that.
For example:
- Player A on January 1, 2010 registered a new account and at the end of January, he earned 50,000 Gold Coins. On February 1, He will be directly promoted to "VIP Super Elite" level (50,000 x 100% = 50,000).
- Before the December 2010 VIP upgrade evaluation, Player B’s accumulated Gold Coins during the past 3 months are as follows:

This upgrades Player B to "VIP Platinum" level.

Once you reach a certain VIP Club level, you instantly receive everything that level has to offer from the start of that month!
DAFA POKER CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your participation in the VIP Club program shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Dafa Poker's VIP Club program membership and benefits are provided at the sole and absolute discretion of Dafa Poker.
2. Dafa Poker reserves the right to terminate or amend the VIP Club, the program membership and any of its benefits at Dafa Poker’s sole and absolute discretion and at any time.
3. Participation in the VIP Club program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. Dafa Poker reserves the right to modify, add or delete these program rules at any time with or without notice, though Dafa Poker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review the general Terms and Conditions of Dafa Poker, the VIP Club Terms and Conditions, and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Dafa Poker has amended any provision. Your continued use and participation in the VIP Club program shall be deemed as your acceptance of any amendments or modifications in these terms and conditions.
4. Dafa Poker retains the sole right and absolute discretion to interpret and apply the VIP Club program rules. Any decision made by Dafa Poker on the matter shall be final and binding on all participants in the program.
5. Membership in the Dafa Poker VIP Club program is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law. Kindly refer to the Dafa Poker Terms and Conditions
6. Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Club program. Only the individual named in the Dafa Poker account may play under that account.
7. Membership to the VIP Club program is offered at the sole and absolute discretion of Dafa Poker. Dafa Poker may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
8. Dafa Poker Gold Coins may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
9. Players who chose to buy into any land-based Events through the VIP Club program, should that option become available, shall grant Dafa Poker the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, without the need for any further compensation. These players further agree to help promote Dafa Poker and act as a Dafa Poker spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Dafa Poker. Players must wear Dafa Poker logo gear during the durations of the events.
10. Any abuse of the VIP Club program or failure to follow program rules may result in the termination of membership in the program, withholding of winnings, forfeiture of all accrued Dafa Poker Points and any such sanctions that Dafa Poker deems appropriate under the circumstances.
11. Dafa Poker' general Terms of Use also apply to the VIP Club program.
12. Decisions of Dafa Poker' staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Club program will be final.
